Software engineer, quiet craftsman.

Hi, I'm Nuwan, a third-year Software Engineering undergraduate at the University of Westminster. I've interned at CodeGen International as a Software Engineer. I enjoy building things, learning as I go, and turning ideas into work that feels useful and real.
Over time, I've worked on systems that turn raw documents and data into something AI can understand. Building products from the ground up is something I genuinely enjoy, whether that means the backend, the frontend, or everything in between.
More than anything, I'm curious about how technology helps people create, connect, and grow. That's the part that keeps me excited to keep building.
Experience
Software Engineer Intern
CodeGen International · AI3X · 2025 — 2026
Built and maintained an intelligent Document Ingestion Pipeline for Orion, AI3X's enterprise AI chatbot. It processed complex PDFs, CSVs, and time-series data through automated ingestion, document versioning, OCR, vision models, and NLP, turning messy inputs into structured knowledge the AI could actually use.
Building
I'm building ColLabz , a platform for musicians to manage song ownership, handle split rights, and distribute their work to DSPs. It combines identity, collaboration, and industry infrastructure in one place. It's still early, but it's already pushing me to think harder about product, systems, and execution.
